What Students Say
"I'd been trying to get my first handstand for two years before I found Seline. What changed wasn't just the training, it was finally understanding why my body was doing what it was doing. Seline explains things in a way that just clicks. Six weeks in I had my first freestanding hold. Still can't quite believe it."
"I was really sceptical about online coaching. I didn't think you could get proper feedback without someone being in the room. I was completely wrong. Seline watched my videos & picked up on things I'd never have noticed myself... It felt more personal than most in-person coaching I've had."
"I bought the Handstand 101 program not knowing what to expect from a self-paced format, I'd started and abandoned plenty of online courses before. But the way it's structured just works. The follow-along class got me hooked from week one and the program gave me something to come back to every single day. I'm now three months in and still going."

LineUp Program
Your first step upside down — taken gradually, at your pace, with full coaching support.
The Handstand Starter Program is a complete introduction to inverted training — built for anyone who doesn't feel ready to go upside down yet, whether that's because of fear, lack of strength, or simply not knowing where to begin.
You get a 30-minute follow-along class where we train together in real time. I guide you through the key exercises, explain the why behind every drill and give you the coaching cues to focus on — so you're building understanding alongside ability. After the class, an 8-week structured program gives you a clear path to keep developing the foundations progressively.
This is not a full handstand workout. The goal is to introduce your body gradually to inverted positions — and to understand where the necessary strength, control and confidence actually come from.
You do not need to perform a handstand during this session. The purpose is to become more familiar with supporting your body weight, understand the positions involved and begin building confidence at your own pace.
LineUp Program
Not just another tutorial. We train together in real time — and you finally understand why it works.
Handstands 101 is my most complete handstand program and probably the one I'm most proud of. It's designed for anyone already working on their handstand — or anyone who wants to learn but still can't reliably balance.
The program opens with a 70-minute follow-along class where we practice together in real time. I go through the key drills I teach to all of my in-person students — the ones that actually produce results — and I go deep into the why behind every exercise. You won't just be going through the motions; you'll understand what creates a strong, controlled handstand and how your body needs to adapt to find it.
After the follow-along, an 8-week structured program gives you a systematic path to keep building. Video and written instructions, sets, reps and rest times — everything mapped out so you know exactly what to train and when.
LineUp Program
Progressive drills, honest coaching — and the real learning curve, not just the clean reps.
The straddle press to handstand is one of the most sought-after skills in the handstand world — and one of the most misunderstood. This program works through progressive press drills in a 75-minute follow-along class, explains why each drill matters, and shows different options throughout so you can find the version that matches where you are right now.
What makes this class different is its honesty. You'll see both an experienced demonstration and the perspective of someone who is still actively working on the press themselves. That combination tends to be far more useful than watching perfect reps and trying to reverse-engineer them.
The 8-week program that follows gives you a structured path to build the compression strength, flexibility and technique the press requires — progressively and sustainably.
This program is designed for anyone working towards their first straddle press, or wanting to improve their existing press technique, control, compression and strength. You'll get the most from it if you have:
These are recommendations, not requirements — modifications are shown throughout so you can always find the right version for your level.
LineUp Program
Slow, technical and intentional — because most people fail at OAHS by rushing the fundamentals.
This program is designed for handstand practitioners who feel stuck or unsure how to begin one-arm handstand training safely. Most people fail at OAHS because they rush the strength work and skip the balance fundamentals. This program fixes that from the very start.
In the 75-minute follow-along class, you'll learn how to approach the one arm handstand the correct way — building the right foundations before you ever attempt a full one-arm balance. The session is slow and technical by design. Follow it from start to finish — no skipping needed.
The 8-week structured program then gives you a clear, progressive path to keep developing the specific strength, control and mechanics required — session by session, week by week.
LineUp Program
Active mobility, end-range strength and mindful movement — the smart approach to straddle flexibility.
This program takes a smart, sustainable approach to middle split training — built around building active mobility rather than just passive flexibility. That distinction matters: the goal isn't to get looser, it's to get stronger at your end range.
The 50-minute follow-along class takes you through a balanced session of dynamic preparation, deep holds and strength-focused drills. I guide you through each exercise in real time, explaining what to focus on and why it contributes to lasting progress in your straddle flexibility.
The 8-week program that follows gives you a structured training plan to keep developing — with video and written instructions, sets, reps and rest times so every session is clear and purposeful.
LineUp Program
Your first step upside down — taken at your pace, with full support.
This program is for anyone who doesn't feel comfortable going upside down yet — whether that's because of fear, lack of strength, or simply not knowing where to begin. This is not a full handstand workout.
Instead, we take a gradual, patient approach — introducing your body to inverted positions and exploring where the necessary strength, control and confidence actually come from. By the end of the follow-along session, you'll have a clearer sense of what your body needs and a structured 8-week plan to build on it.
You do not need to perform a handstand during this session. The purpose is to become more familiar with supporting your body, understand the positions involved and begin building confidence at your own pace.
The follow-along class guides you through the key exercises in real time. This is my most complete handstand program — and probably the one I'm most proud of. Handstands 101 is designed for anyone already working on their handstand, or anyone who wants to learn but still can't reliably balance.
What makes this different from the hundreds of handstand tutorials out there? We practice together in real time, and I dive deep into the why behind every drill. So you're not just going through the motions — you're actually understanding what creates a strong, controlled handstand and how your body needs to adapt to find it.
These are the same drills I teach all of my in-person students, with the same coaching cues that produce real results. I bring all of that into this follow-along, with the kind of detail you'd usually only get in a one-on-one session.
The follow-along class walks you through key concepts, drills and techniques — the ones I use with my in-person coaching clients every week. Every exercise comes with a full breakdown of what to focus on, what to feel for and why it matters for your handstand. The 8-week program that follows gives you a clear structure to keep building your skill systematically.
